‘Making Change in our Suburbs’ is an initiative that designed to do things a bit differently.
Rather than working on ways to respond to individuals and families, this project works to make positive community change.
our two focus areas
Early Years (0-11 years)
Focuses on children and their families, from the perinatal period to 12 years and transitioning into High School.
Playgroup, preschool, primary school.
Youth Project (12 - 18 years)
Supports young people and their families during their high school years and transitioning into study or employment.
